Sheri's coaching helps you unlock your own intuitive genius to create your life the way you want to live it – with the freedom and power to work, play and live life on your terms. She can guide you to break through limiting beliefs, overcome your fears, live in courage and embrace your dreams. After all, fear is similar energy to excitement – just with a different label!

Sheri will support your transformation, whether it’s your professional or personal life, helping you gain more perspective, balance, freedom and peace and to rediscover the joy in what you do. She will empower you to claim and stand in your own power and transform your life in the best way possible for you. (And she has some unique tools and training to help you do it!) She can help you sort through “all the things” as you work through your iife’s path and the overwhelm that can come with it.

From a personal growth standpoint, perhaps you’re tired of living your life for the carrot of someone else’s approval. Maybe you don’t even like change, but here you are, ready to saddle up and do this thing! Sheri “gets” it - and she didn’t like change either! Sheri is a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser who has developed healthy boundaries, embraced change and transformed her personal and professional life with the same tools she’ll use to support you.

Sheri’s Coaching Background

Throughout her personal and professional life, Sheri has been a go-to resource for advice and support, including her fellow team members. She heeded the call and officially became a life coach in 2013 and a Certified Life Coach in 2015 (through the Martha Beck Institute). She completed the Institute’s rigorous and intensive training, including practicums, in the powerful tools of Change-Cycle-based Coaching Methodology, along with successfully completing a six-month certification process (see CV “Education” section for more detail).

Intuitive since a little girl, Sheri is a shamanic / metaphysical practitioner and healer, a path she has formally followed since the book The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by internationally acclaimed author don Miguel Ruiz was first published in 1997. She has integrated these teachings into her personal and professional life and has brought its teachings to others through coaching, team-building, classes and speaking engagements. Sheri truly “lives it to give it” as we say in coaching!

Sheri has overcome trauma in her own life as a sexual assault survivor (twice) and attempted carjacking survivor. She has lived the grief cycle and partnered with it to transform her own life and would be honored to support you in your journey. With over 30 years of experience in the public policy / lobbying world for all types of organizations, having discovered and overcome its natural pitfalls and honed her attention, Sheri can bring those experiences along with her life coach training to help you streamline your professional life. She can be your guide as you rediscover the passion in your work, even on seemingly mundane issues, while developing much needed space and freedom.

For executive directors and leadership, particularly those new to the public policy arena, working with government affairs or advocacy staff can be a completely different experience, even when you have trained and managed staff for years.
